Commercial Rooftop Unit Repair for Marysville Shops and Industrial Roofs

What dispatch writes down before the truck rolls

Shop roofs around here usually fail at access before they fail at the compressor. If the hatch is locked or the loading dock is closed, we do not start a cabinet open. Once we are up, we read supply air in the first occupied bay and blower amps, then decide between a belt, a stuck damper, or a circuit.

What the desk asks before we climb

  • Locked hatch: ladder path blocked until the shop opens the door
  • First bay warm: far bay fine on a shared low packaged cabinet
  • Weekend damper: stuck after a long closed shop, checked before any circuit work
  • Belt dust: slipping wheel on a packaged cabinet before any circuit work
  • 3-phase chatter: contactor checked only after airflow is honest

What we write before anyone talks parts

The write-up names hatch access, dock hours, supply air in that first bay, and blower amps. If those explain the warm floor, the quote is a belt, a damper linkage, or a packed filter bank.

Great company and great owner! The owner of this business responded to our request very fast at night time when our commercial walk-in refrigerator broke down. He and his team helped fix our walk-in refrigerator the next day. Now it has been many months since we got the walk-in refrigerator fixed by this company, the refrigerator still works great!

My walk-in cooler broke down on us Friday night. I called Dr. Naz, and he showed up a couple of hours later and figured out the problem. He said he'd contact me with estimate first thing in the morning on Monday, and he actually did. He offered to replace our evaporator by Wednesday, and yep, he did it. He really knows his stuff and keeps his word. You can totally rely on him for your service needs. His price was fair, no hidden fees, and it even came with his own 1-year warranty. Highly recommend him; he's my go-to cooler guy now.

Nazar did an excellent job repairing the refrigerator at my restaurant in Seattle. He was very responsive and was able to schedule a same-day diagnostic, which was a huge help. The repair was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend A/C Dr. Naz to anyone who needs reliable commercial appliance repair.

Neighborhoods a short roll from the shop

Commercial rooftop unit repair in Marysville on these calls sits close to the yard at 5811 132nd Pl NE. Shops and light industrial, not hotel towers and not a marina roof. Tell dispatch the street, whether the dock is open, and what the cabinet is doing.

State Avenue shops, Smokey Point, and Quil Ceda

  • State Avenue: restaurants and small shops on low packaged roofs
  • Smokey Point: light industrial and chain retail with shared hatches
  • Quil Ceda edge: high-volume food service, dock hours first
  • Getchell and east side: neighborhood offices on older packaged cabinets

If the dock is closed or the hatch key is off-site, call (425) 535-8990 with the address so we can say whether the roll is worth starting today.

Questions shop managers ask before we leave the yard

What do we need at the shop desk before the truck rolls?

Address, whether the hatch is keyed, whether the dock is open for a ladder, and a nameplate photo if someone is already on the roof. We log that before the bay door goes up so we do not burn a roll on a locked hatch.

Why does a light-industrial shop roof lose air at the first zone?

Shared supply on a low packaged cabinet often dies in the first bay when a belt slips or a filter bank is packed. We read that bay first and the blower amps. A compressor quote waits until those two are honest.

When is a shared hatch key the holdup, not the blower?

If the hatch is common to two tenants and the key is at a night manager, we do not start the cabinet. Call us back when the key and a roof escort from that shop are on site. The blower check takes a few minutes once the hatch is open.

How do we quote a belt or wheel without opening the refrigerant circuit?

Belt, wheel, and filter work stay dry. We only recover refrigerant if a fitting has to come apart. That recovery follows EPA Section 608 Universal. We do not vent and we do not top off a leaking cabinet as the repair.

What should a shop manager text while we are still in the yard?

Nameplate model and refrigerant, plus a photo of the hatch and the dock. That tells us whether the first quote is access, a belt, or a coil wash. Arrival still depends on the queue. More general notes: the main FAQ page.

Packaged cabinet down on a shop roof?

If the dock is closed, we will say so before we roll. Queue and parts stock still set the clock. Confirm that when you reach dispatch.
