Commercial Rooftop Unit Repair for Lynnwood | Alderwood Mall-and-Pad Roofs

What the parking-lot stair shows before the pad cabinet opens

The first check is which suite is warm, then whether we climb the parking-lot stair or use the penthouse door. A filter packed from a pad storefront is a different ticket than a belt that slips at evening retail. We write the cabinet and the open suites before a panel comes off.

Which suite the shared cabinet is feeding

  • Suite that warms while the neighbor shop on the same cabinet still holds
  • Supply that fades once evening retail fills the pad
  • Damper that hunts when one suite door stays open
  • Stage that drops the clinic side of a shared cabinet
  • Belt slip that shows up as a weak register at the checkout desk

What the store or clinic lead gets written down

The store lead or the clinic desk gets the note: which suite lost supply, what the belt and filter looked like, and whether the circuit stays closed. We do not quote a new cabinet from the lot if the shared unit still holds the other suite.

Great company and great owner! The owner of this business responded to our request very fast at night time when our commercial walk-in refrigerator broke down. He and his team helped fix our walk-in refrigerator the next day. Now it has been many months since we got the walk-in refrigerator fixed by this company, the refrigerator still works great!

My walk-in cooler broke down on us Friday night. I called Dr. Naz, and he showed up a couple of hours later and figured out the problem. He said he'd contact me with estimate first thing in the morning on Monday, and he actually did. He offered to replace our evaporator by Wednesday, and yep, he did it. He really knows his stuff and keeps his word. You can totally rely on him for your service needs. His price was fair, no hidden fees, and it even came with his own 1-year warranty. Highly recommend him; he's my go-to cooler guy now.

Nazar did an excellent job repairing the refrigerator at my restaurant in Seattle. He was very responsive and was able to schedule a same-day diagnostic, which was a huge help. The repair was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend A/C Dr. Naz to anyone who needs reliable commercial appliance repair.

Service area pads on the Alderwood and 196th strip

Tell dispatch the pad, whether the path is a parking-lot stair or a penthouse, and whether mall or clinic hours are still running. Commercial rooftop unit repair in Lynnwood is this inland strip work, not a shop-yard ticket and not an overnight campus run.

Roofs on the Alderwood and 196th strip

  • Alderwood / 196th St SW: Mall and pad retail sharing a packaged cabinet.
  • Highway 99 pad row: Small offices and shops under one roof deck.
  • I-5 edge pads: Highway-adjacent roofs behind a parking-lot stair.
  • Clinic and suite clusters: Medical and small office floors on one packaged unit.

Not sure the stair is open? Call (425) 535-8990 with the pad address and which door we should use.

Written rooftop pages next to this strip

Notes left with the store or clinic lead

Use the damper and no-cool notes already linked above if a suite fades after the doors open.

Cooling-only, heat-pump heat, and full-building work are named in the next section.

For indoor environmental quality context, see the EPA indoor air quality overview and OSHA indoor environmental quality guidance.

Cooling splits and kitchen boxes that stay off this cabinet

This page stays on the packaged cabinet over the mall and pad roofs. Cooling-only splits go to commercial AC repair. Heat-pump heating faults go to commercial heat pump repair. Full building work lives on commercial HVAC repair.

Store and clinic notes before the next mall hour

How do we reach a pad cabinet from the parking-lot stair or penthouse?

Have the parking-lot stair or penthouse key, the cabinet number, and which suite just went warm. We walk that path before a panel opens.

What happens when a clinic suite and a shop share one cabinet?

One cabinet often feeds a clinic suite and a pad shop. The shop can still feel fine while the exam rooms climb. We log both sides before we decide the circuit stays closed.

Why does evening retail change a cabinet that held the morning?

Evening retail loads the pad after clinic hours drop off. A cabinet that held the morning can miss the later crowd. We time the visit around those open hours, not an overnight plant shift.

When do we leave the circuit closed on a mall-hour call?

If the nameplate, belt, and which suite is open explain the room, we leave the refrigerant circuit closed and write that down. Recovery waits for a measured leak or a confirmed charge fault. Call contact if you already have a nameplate photo from the penthouse.

What should the store or clinic lead text before we leave the lot?

Text the stair or penthouse door, a photo of the nameplate, and whether the mall floor or the clinic is still open. Wider answers also sit on the main FAQ page.

Need a tech at the parking-lot stair?

Earliest arrival still depends on the drive from our Marysville shop, the queue, and whether that stair or penthouse is actually open. Confirm when you call dispatch.
