Commercial Rooftop Unit Repair for Redmond Overlake Campus Runs

Long multi-tenant runs that starve one suite

One suite on a long campus trunk stays warm. The neighbors on the same packaged cabinet do not. We walk the takeoffs and ask who can open the roof door after hours before the truck leaves.

What a long campus run shows up as

  • One suite warm, adjacent tenants on the same cabinet still fine
  • Supply air cold at the cabinet and dead at the last box
  • A balancing damper or boxed-off branch on a long trunk
  • Blower amps that stay normal while that last zone does not
  • Nameplate photo plus which building the cabinet sits on

What we write before anyone quotes a compressor

That walk tells us whether the last box is starved or the whole cabinet is down. A closed balancing damper is a different ticket than a locked compressor, and we do not quote the compressor until the run is mapped.

Great company and great owner! The owner of this business responded to our request very fast at night time when our commercial walk-in refrigerator broke down. He and his team helped fix our walk-in refrigerator the next day. Now it has been many months since we got the walk-in refrigerator fixed by this company, the refrigerator still works great!

My walk-in cooler broke down on us Friday night. I called Dr. Naz, and he showed up a couple of hours later and figured out the problem. He said he'd contact me with estimate first thing in the morning on Monday, and he actually did. He offered to replace our evaporator by Wednesday, and yep, he did it. He really knows his stuff and keeps his word. You can totally rely on him for your service needs. His price was fair, no hidden fees, and it even came with his own 1-year warranty. Highly recommend him; he's my go-to cooler guy now.

Nazar did an excellent job repairing the refrigerator at my restaurant in Seattle. He was very responsive and was able to schedule a same-day diagnostic, which was a huge help. The repair was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend A/C Dr. Naz to anyone who needs reliable commercial appliance repair.

Neighborhoods on the Overlake campus side

Commercial rooftop unit repair in Redmond on this stretch is packaged cabinets on tech-campus roofs with long multi-tenant runs. Tell dispatch the campus, the warm suite, and whether a badge can open the roof door.

Stops we actually take

  • Town Center: Retail and restaurant rows whose cabinets feed more than one tenant.
  • Overlake: Tech-campus roofs and cafeteria floors on long multi-tenant runs.
  • Bear Creek: Low campus-edge roofs where the roof door, not the curb, is the holdup.
  • Willows: North-side offices where after-hours access is the first question, not a shop dock.

Roof door locked after hours? Call (425) 535-8990 with the campus address and whether someone can meet the truck.

When the complaint is a split, not this packaged cabinet

If there is no curb-mounted packaged cabinet, this is not the job. Cooling-only splits belong on commercial AC repair. Heating-mode faults belong on commercial heat pump repair. Boilers, furnaces, and the rest of the building stay on commercial HVAC repair.

Questions campus facilities ask before night access

How do we tell which tenant a shared campus cabinet actually feeds?

We walk the takeoffs on the long run, not the controller name. A closed balancing damper or a boxed-off branch can leave one suite warm while the cabinet supply is still cold. We map that before anyone quotes a compressor.

What has to be ready before a night roof-door entry?

A roof-door window, a badge or escort, and which building the cabinet sits on. If the door is locked and nobody can meet the truck, we do not start the climb. Same-day scheduling when capacity allows — we confirm that on the call, not as a promise.

Why does one suite stay warm while the rest of the run is fine?

The last box on a multi-tenant trunk often sees the shortfall. We check supply static at the cabinet, then again at the weak suite, plus blower amps. If the cabinet is moving air and the last zone is not, the spend is the run, not a new packaged unit.

When do we send a split complaint off this page?

If there is no curb-mounted packaged cabinet, we do not open this ticket. Say that on the phone and point the caller to the cooling-only page. A VAV-only complaint with no packaged cabinet is the same handoff.

What should the campus desk photograph before the night call?

Nameplate, the roof door, and which suite is warm. That photo set is enough to say whether the window is honest. We do not need a hotel curb sticker or a marina shot.

Campus cabinet down after the roof door locks?

The window still depends on the queue, the drive, and whether someone can open the roof door. Confirm that live with dispatch.
