When the air won’t move
A unit can make plenty of cold air and still leave rooms warm if that air can’t reach them. We start with what the blower is pushing against, measured, before anyone blames the compressor or the thermostat.

How we find the restriction
Total external static pressure is read across the unit and compared with what the equipment was designed for. Belts, pulleys and the blower wheel get a look, the filter rack is checked for bypass, and running amps on the blower motor are compared against the nameplate. The numbers point to the duct, the filter or the fan.

Why does the blower squeal on startup?
Usually a slipping belt or a pulley out of line. The tech checks tension and alignment and listens to the motor bearings before swapping anything. Our customers are businesses and building owners.
